Excellent service, Great food , quick, affordable, no complaints ❤️
Walked in and no greeting from the staff. Could barely hear the server. The cashier was very unfriendly and acted as if she was the boss. This was my first time at the establishment. I asked if I could have some extra chicken which I said I would pay for. The cashier blurted out NO! You cannot do that with a lite box. Her tone was as if she wanted to fight. Horrible customer service. HAKKA you need to train your workers to deal with people more kindly especially if they are paying customers.
Very nice food, can't complain. Quite spicy so should be mindful before coming to the establishment, but really tasty nontheless. Can be oily at times so not something to indulge in, but always great food. The customer service is a hit and miss, they seem to have a high turnover of staff. If you're going to dine in, I would recommend a jacket as it's really cold.
